Directions to St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center
From the West:
Take Northern State Parkway to the end. At the point the
Northern State Parkway merges with Veterans Memorial Highway
(Rt. 454). Go to the second traffic light and make a left
on Old Willets Path.
Travel north until Old Willets Path intersects Route 25 (Jericho
Turnpike). Make a right turn on to Jericho Turnpike. Pass
under the railroad trestle to the first light where Route
25 and Route 25A intersect. The statue of the Smithtown Bull
will be on your left. Make a left turn around the statue onto
Route 25A.
Go to the first traffic light and make a left turn into the Medical Center. Travel to the top of the hill.
From the East:
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE) to Exit 57 Veterans Memorial Highway (Route 454). At exit ramp make a right turn onto Veterans Memorial Highway. Travel 1/4 mile and make a right turn onto Route 111 (North).
Travel north on Route 111 until Route 25 (Main Street) in Smithtown intersects Route 111. Make a left turn onto Main Street and travel through the town to the statue of the Smithtown Bull, where 25 and 25A intersect. At the statue of the Smithtown Bull, bear right onto 25A.
Go to the first traffic light and make a left turn into the Medical Center. Travel to the top of the hill.
