Spring has Arrived at St. Catherine’s
St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center’s Board of Trustee
member and American Cancer Society Vice President, Sylvia
Diaz, brought clusters of newly bloomed bouquets of daffodils
to patients on 3 South as a signal of spring, and a symbol
of hope and renewal.
“The daffodil is symbolic of hope, and as we are hopeful
for a quick spring, we are also hopeful for a quick recovery
for our patients,” said Ms. Diaz.
The traditional, cheery, golden color daffodils, bursting
with blooms brightened up the day and the rooms of the patients
at St. Catherine’s.
